Free Shipping Included: All APEX Longevity Labs products ship free to the United States and Canada. Your shipping costs are already included in the product price—no surprises at checkout.
This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery timeframes, processing procedures, and important information you need to know about receiving your APEX red light therapy system.
1. Shipping Coverage
Free Shipping Regions
- United States: All 50 states (excluding US territories)
- Canada: All provinces and territories
Currently Unavailable
We currently do not ship to international destinations outside of the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to additional regions in the future.
2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of processing
- Processing occurs Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

Total delivery time includes processing (1-2 days) plus shipping transit time. Most customers receive their systems within 7-14 business days from order placement.
4. What's Included
Your APEX system ships complete with all necessary components:
- APEX Glow: Facial device, charging cable, protective case, user manual
- APEX Core: Red light panel, FSD200PRO rolling stand, power cord, remote control, user manual
- APEX Prime: Red light panel, FSD200PRO rolling stand, power cord, remote control, user manual
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- Direct link to track your shipment with the carrier
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier contact information
You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking number provided. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at support@apexlongevitylabs.com.
6. Shipping Address Requirements
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Your shipping address must include:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address (we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for panel systems)
- Apartment or suite number (if applicable)
- City, state/province, and ZIP/postal code
- Phone number for delivery coordination
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While most shipments clear customs without additional fees, please be aware:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country or region
- These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control
- Additional fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery
- Canadian customers may be subject to GST/HST and provincial taxes
8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our shipping carriers will make multiple delivery attempts:
- Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts
- A delivery notice will be left if you're unavailable
- You may be able to schedule redelivery or arrange pickup at a carrier facility
- Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery may incur reshipment fees
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- The package will be returned to our facility
- Customer is responsible for original shipping costs and reshipment fees
- Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs (if applicable)
9. Shipping Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, certain circumstances may cause delays:
- Weather events: Severe weather may delay shipments
- Customs processing: International shipments may experience customs delays
- Carrier delays: High volume periods or carrier issues
- Holidays: Major holidays affect processing and delivery
- Remote locations: Some areas may require additional transit time
Chinese National Holidays
Our manufacturing partner observes Chinese National Day (October 1-8 annually). Orders placed during this period will be processed after the holiday, which may extend delivery times by 7-10 days.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact our support team immediately at support@apexlongevitylabs.com
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
- We will work with you to resolve the issue through our warranty process
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely
- Contact our support team if the package cannot be located
11. International Expansion
We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to additional countries and regions. If you are interested in purchasing APEX products from a location we don't currently serve, please contact us at international@apexlongevitylabs.com to express your interest.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Please note that APEX Longevity Labs has a no returns policy due to the nature of our dropshipping business model. However:
- All products are covered by comprehensive warranty (1 year for Glow, 3 years for panels)
- Defective or malfunctioning units are handled through our warranty process
- No return shipping is required for warranty claims

13. Expedited Shipping
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders ship via our standard carriers (DHL for Glow, UPS for panels) with the timeframes outlined above.
14. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to our rapid processing times:
- Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Contact support@apexlongevitylabs.com immediately if you need to modify your order
- Once an order is processed and tracking is issued, it cannot be cancelled
- Address changes cannot be made after processing
15. Shipment Tracking Support
If you have questions about your shipment or tracking information:
- First, check your tracking number with the carrier directly
- Allow 24 hours after order placement for tracking to become active
- Contact our support team if tracking shows no movement for 3+ business days
- We will work directly with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues
